It shows you exactly why you're not where you want to be,
why what you're doing now won't get you there,
& how to actually change that.
Two reasons. First, every business I work with free right now becomes a testimonial I can point to when I start charging — I need a proven track record before I can ask anyone for money, and this is how I build it. Second, I'm 21 and I want to build real relationships inside the outdoor contracting industry, and the fastest way to do that is to actually produce results for people. I'm not hiding any of that. I'd rather be upfront about it than pretend I'm running a charity. You get a real system that grows your business. I get a proven track record. That's the deal.
There isn't one. I know that sounds like something every salesperson says, but think about it — I'm 21, I'm doing this free, and I'm telling you exactly why upfront. I'm not going to build you a system, get you results, and then vanish. That would be the dumbest thing I could do for my own career. All I ask is that if the results are real, you're willing to say so.
We're going to target the right work from the start — the bigger installs and project-based jobs your business is built around — not every low-ticket request that comes in. It's a game of volume with the right bait, not a magic trick that only delivers dream clients. The ads bring in volume, and then it's our job to add friction on the front end — through your landing page and the way leads are qualified — and on the back end, through whoever takes the first call. That's how you filter for the high-value jobs and move past the small repairs and one-off calls that aren't worth your time.
The day the campaign goes live, you could get your first lead. We typically have everything built and turned on within about a week of you saying yes — there's a setup and warm-up period before the switch flips. After that, this is where Google campaigns get really good: once it's set up and warmed up, you essentially get to choose how many new leads and jobs you want based on your budget. Put more in, get more out. Pull back, slow it down. It's not a magic number I can give you upfront — but it is a dial you actually control, which is more than you can say for referrals or word of mouth.
